"Transtextim" has a team of experienced professionals who are in charge of modelling and manufacturing. In the Technology Department whole seasonal collections are created – both autumn-winter and spring-summer. It is not unusual the first sample to be made only by following a client’s sketch. As per stated requirements, a specimen with a specific size can be made for a photo session as well as several commercial samples in different colors.
The materials used to make the production are extremely diverse – cotton, various blends of cotton, elastic summer fabrics, classic wool blends or 100% wool.
In order to provide a wide variety of products and fabrics for production, the factory works with leading yarn producers from Italy and Spain, such as Folco and Himiesa, as well as a very close cooperation with the Italian company E.Miroglio (http://www.emiroglio.com/en), which has a factory seated in Sliven, Bulgaria.
"Transtextim" possesses last generation high-tech equipment and everything needed for knitting, sewing and finishing a complete product – cotton machines, rib-loading, trims, collars machines, by Protti, flat machines by Shima Seiki and Stoll, machines for sewing by Juki, Rimoldi, Exacta, Complett, steaming machines for Llesor and Monti Antonio.
